Allesha Crawley
I understand there are levels to mental health; we all have good days and the next we may experience hopelessness. I am hopeful that I can support client's in meeting their personal mental health goals. I am of the opinion that therapy is a professional conversation that leads to purpose, clarity, empowerment and knowledge of self. My goal is to support clients on the journey of finding their own unique way, taking up space and discovering what good things are present they cannot currently see.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My approach to therapy is meeting client's where they are, focusing on helping to remove limited beliefs, identifying their greatness and getting out of their own way. I am knowledgeable in talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, and trauma focused therapy.
What you can expect from our first session
You will feel heard and validated. You may gain a new perspective on things that may be holding you back. You may feel emotionally regulated and safe. You may have a sense of being able to manage your thoughts, feelings and actions. Over time you may feel that your mind and body are connected.
